Shivpuri District, Madhya Pradesh

Shivpuri is an administrative district in Madhya Pradesh, India. The district is located about 300 km from Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. Its administrative headquarters is in Shivpuri. Hindi and Bundeli are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 10,066 km², including 9,946.38 km² of rural area and 119.62 km² of urban area.
