Indore District, Madhya Pradesh

Indore is an administrative district in Madhya Pradesh, India. The district is located about 195 km from Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. Its administrative headquarters is in Indore. Hindi and Malvi are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 3,898 km², including 3,548.86 km² of rural area and 349.14 km² of urban area.
