Singrauli is an administrative district in Madhya Pradesh, India. The district is located about 550 km from Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. Its administrative headquarters is in Waidhan. Hindi is the major language spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 5,675 km², including 5,384.80 km² of rural area and 290.20 km² of urban area.
