Gadchiroli
Gadchiroli is a district in the Maharashtra State of India. Total area of Gadchiroli is 14,412 km² including 14,336.76 km² rural area and 75.24 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Gadchiroli has a population of 10,72,942 peoples, out of which urban population is 1,18,033 while rural population is 9,54,909. Gadchiroli has a sex ratio of approximately 982 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 74.45 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 2,50,435 houses in the district, including 28,022 urban houses and 2,22,413 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 1,509 villages in gadchiroli district.
