East Jaintia Hills District, Meghalaya
East Jaintia Hills District is an administrative district in the state of Meghalaya, India. It is situated about 80 km from Shillong, the state capital of Meghalaya. The district headquarters is located at Khliehriat. Pnar (Jaintia), Bengali and Assamese are the main languages spoken in the district.
