Mokokchung District, Nagaland

Mokokchung District is an administrative district in the state of Nagaland, India. It is situated about 160 km from Kohima, the state capital of Nagaland. The district headquarters is located at Mokokchung. Ao and Nagamese are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 1,615 km², including 1,587.50 km² of rural area and 27.50 km² of urban area.
