Jalor

Jalor is a district in the Rajasthan State of India. Total area of Jalor is 10,640 km² including 10,582.57 km² rural area and 57.43 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Jalor has a population of 18,28,730 peoples, out of which urban population is 1,51,755 while rural population is 16,76,975. Jalor has a sex ratio of approximately 952 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 172 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 3,26,134 houses in the district, including 28,060 urban houses and 2,98,074 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 791 villages in jalor district.
