Nagaur

Nagaur is a district in the Rajasthan State of India. Total area of Nagaur is 17,718 km² including 17,298.26 km² rural area and 419.74 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Nagaur has a population of 33,07,743 peoples, out of which urban population is 6,37,204 while rural population is 26,70,539. Nagaur has a sex ratio of approximately 949 females for every 1,000 males. The district has a population density of 187 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 5,78,809 houses in the district, including 1,02,073 urban houses and 4,76,736 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 1,575 villages in nagaur district.
