Tonk District, Rajasthan

Tonk is an administrative district in Rajasthan, India. The district is located about 100 km from Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. Its administrative headquarters is in Tonk. Hindi, Rajasthani and Urdu are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 7,194 km², including 6,952.13 km² of rural area and 241.87 km² of urban area.
