Amroha District, Uttar Pradesh
Amroha is an administrative district in Uttar Pradesh, India. The district is located about 395 km from Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Its administrative headquarters is in Amroha. Hindi and Urdu are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 2,249 km², including 2,189.51 km² of rural area and 59.49 km² of urban area.
