Amroha District, Uttar Pradesh

Amroha District is an administrative district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is situated about 395 km from Lucknow, the state capital of Uttar Pradesh. The district headquarters is located at Amroha. Hindi and Urdu are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 2,249 km², including 2,189.51 km² of rural area and 59.49 km² of urban area.
