Panchla Subdivision - Howrah, West Bengal

Panchla is an administrative subdivision in the Howrah district of West Bengal, India. It includes various villages governed through Gram Panchayats and forms part of the district's rural administration. The nearest railway station is situated at Nalpur, while the nearest airport is Behala Airport, located at an approximate aerial distance of 13.9 km.

According to the 2011 Census, the total area of the subdivision was 74 km², including 20.22 km² of rural area and 53.50 km² of urban area. The sex ratio was 951 females per 1,000 males.
