Y.S.R. Kadapa District is an administrative district in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. It is situated about 230 km from Amaravati, the state capital of Andhra Pradesh. The district headquarters is located at Kadapa. Telugu is the main language spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 15,359 km², including 14,876.75 km² of rural area and 482.25 km² of urban area.
