Dibrugarh District, Assam

Dibrugarh is an administrative district in Assam, India. The district is located about 430 km from Dispur, the capital of Assam. Its administrative headquarters is in Dibrugarh. Assamese and Bengali are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 3,381 km², including 3,335.52 km² of rural area and 45.48 km² of urban area.
