Rajnandgaon District, Chhattisgarh

Rajnandgaon District is an administrative district in the state of Chhattisgarh, India. It is situated about 90 km from Raipur, the state capital of Chhattisgarh. The district headquarters is located at Rajnandgaon. Hindi and Chhattisgarhi are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 8,070 km², including 7,910.66 km² of rural area and 159.34 km² of urban area.
