Uttar Bastar Kanker District, Chhattisgarh

Uttar Bastar Kanker District is an administrative district in the state of Chhattisgarh, India. It is situated about 140 km from Raipur, the state capital of Chhattisgarh. The district headquarters is located at Kanker. Hindi, Gondi, Halbi and Chhattisgarhi are among the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 7,161 km², including 7,097.73 km² of rural area and 63.27 km² of urban area.
