North District, Delhi

North District is an administrative district in the national capital territory of Delhi, India. It is situated about 15 km from New Delhi, the capital of the Union Territory. The district headquarters is located at Sadar Bazaar. Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 61 km², including 9.62 km² of rural area and 51.38 km² of urban area.
