Rajkot District, Gujarat

Rajkot is an administrative district in Gujarat, India. The district is located about 220 km from Gandhinagar, the capital of Gujarat. Its administrative headquarters is in Rajkot. Gujarati and Hindi are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 11,198 km², including 10,399.41 km² of rural area and 798.59 km² of urban area.
