Udhampur District, Jammu And Kashmir

Udhampur District is an administrative district in the union territory of Jammu And Kashmir, India. It is situated about 265 km from Srinagar, the capital of the Union Territory. The district headquarters is located at Udhampur. Dogri, Hindi, Gujuri and Pahari are among the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 2,637 km², including 2,593.28 km² of rural area and 43.72 km² of urban area.
