Indore District, Madhya Pradesh

Indore District is an administrative district in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. It is situated about 195 km from Bhopal, the state capital of Madhya Pradesh. The district headquarters is located at Indore. Hindi and Malvi are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 3,898 km², including 3,548.86 km² of rural area and 349.14 km² of urban area.
