Mandsaur is an administrative district in Madhya Pradesh, India. The district is located about 255 km from Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. Its administrative headquarters is in Mandsaur. Hindi and Malvi are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 5,535 km², including 5,441.24 km² of rural area and 93.76 km² of urban area.
