Shajapur District, Madhya Pradesh
Shajapur is an administrative district in Madhya Pradesh, India. The district is located about 170 km from Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. Its administrative headquarters is in Shajapur. Hindi and Malvi are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 6,195 km², including 6,081.96 km² of rural area and 113.04 km² of urban area.
