Medak District, Telangana
Medak is an administrative district in Telangana, India. The district is located about 100 km from Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana. Its administrative headquarters is in Medak. Telugu is the major language spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 9,699 km², including 9,327.66 km² of rural area and 371.34 km² of urban area.
