Warangal District, Telangana

Warangal District is an administrative district in the state of Telangana, India. It is situated about 150 km from Hyderabad, the state capital of Telangana. The district headquarters is located at Warangal. Telugu is the main language spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 12,846 km², including 12,468.63 km² of rural area and 377.37 km² of urban area.
