North Tripura District, Tripura

North Tripura District is an administrative district in the state of Tripura, India. It is situated about 195 km from Agartala, the state capital of Tripura. The district headquarters is located at Dharmanagar. Kokborok and Bengali are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 2,036 km², including 1,972.28 km² of rural area and 63.72 km² of urban area.
