Uttar Dinajpur District, West Bengal
Uttar Dinajpur District is an administrative district in the state of West Bengal, India. It is situated about 490 km from Kolkata, the state capital of West Bengal. The district headquarters is located at Raiganj. Bengali and Hindi are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 3,140 km², including 3,075.26 km² of rural area and 64.74 km² of urban area.
