Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh
Guntur District is an administrative district in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. It is situated about 35 km from Amaravati, the state capital of Andhra Pradesh. The district headquarters is located at Guntur. Telugu is the main language spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 11,391 km², including 11,075.51 km² of rural area and 315.49 km² of urban area.
