Dhubri District, Assam
Dhubri is an administrative district in Assam, India. The district is located about 260 km from Dispur, the capital of Assam. Its administrative headquarters is in Dhubri. Bengali, Assamese and Bodo are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 2,176 km², including 2,144.06 km² of rural area and 31.94 km² of urban area.
