Kokrajhar District, Assam
Kokrajhar is an administrative district in Assam, India. The district is located about 240 km from Dispur, the capital of Assam. Its administrative headquarters is in Kokrajhar. Bodo, Assamese and Bengali are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 3,296 km², including 3,279.68 km² of rural area and 16.32 km² of urban area.
