Vadodara District, Gujarat

Vadodara District is an administrative district in the state of Gujarat, India. It is situated about 100 km from Gandhinagar, the state capital of Gujarat. The district headquarters is located at Vadodara. Gujarati and Hindi are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 7,546 km², including 7,121.38 km² of rural area and 424.62 km² of urban area.
