Baramulla District, Jammu And Kashmir
Baramulla is an administrative district in Jammu And Kashmir, India. The district is located about 55 km from Srinagar, the capital of the Union Territory. Its administrative headquarters is in Baramulla. Kashmiri and Urdu are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 4,243 km², including 4,179.44 km² of rural area and 63.56 km² of urban area.
