Baramulla District, Jammu And Kashmir
Baramulla District is an administrative district in the union territory of Jammu And Kashmir, India. It is situated about 55 km from Srinagar, the capital of the Union Territory. The district headquarters is located at Baramulla. Kashmiri and Urdu are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 4,243 km², including 4,179.44 km² of rural area and 63.56 km² of urban area.
