Bidar District, Karnataka

Bidar District is an administrative district in the state of Karnataka, India. It is situated about 680 km from Bengaluru, the state capital of Karnataka. The district headquarters is located at Bidar. Kannada, Urdu and Marathi are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 5,448 km², including 5,283.27 km² of rural area and 164.73 km² of urban area.
