Mysuru District, Karnataka
Mysuru is an administrative district in Karnataka, India. The district is located about 150 km from Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka. Its administrative headquarters is in Mysore. Kannada and Tamil are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 6,307 km², including 6,099.23 km² of rural area and 207.77 km² of urban area.
