East Khasi Hills District, Meghalaya
East Khasi Hills is an administrative district in Meghalaya, India. Its administrative headquarters is in Shillong. Khasi, English, Hindi and Nepali are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 2,748 km², including 2,679.38 km² of rural area and 68.62 km² of urban area.
