Koraput District, Odisha
Koraput is an administrative district in Odisha, India. The district is located about 440 km from Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha. Its administrative headquarters is in Koraput. Odia, Koraput Gondi and Kondh (tribal) are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 8,807 km², including 8,635.29 km² of rural area and 171.71 km² of urban area.
