Bhadohi District, Uttar Pradesh

Bhadohi District is an administrative district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is situated about 260 km from Lucknow, the state capital of Uttar Pradesh. The district headquarters is located at Gyanpur. Hindi and Bhojpuri are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 1,015 km², including 965.74 km² of rural area and 49.26 km² of urban area.
