Etawah District, Uttar Pradesh

Etawah District is an administrative district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is situated about 230 km from Lucknow, the state capital of Uttar Pradesh. The district headquarters is located at Etawah. Hindi is the main language spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 2,311 km², including 2,260.42 km² of rural area and 50.58 km² of urban area.
