Unnao District, Uttar Pradesh

Unnao District is an administrative district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is situated about 55 km from Lucknow, the state capital of Uttar Pradesh. The district headquarters is located at Unnao. Hindi is the main language spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 4,558 km², including 4,469.19 km² of rural area and 88.81 km² of urban area.
