Nashik District, Maharashtra
Nashik District is an administrative district in the state of Maharashtra, India. It is situated about 165 km from Mumbai, the state capital of Maharashtra. The district headquarters is located at Nashik. Marathi and Hindi are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 15,530 km², including 14,882.79 km² of rural area and 647.21 km² of urban area.
