Nashik District, Maharashtra
Nashik is an administrative district in Maharashtra, India. The district is located about 165 km from Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra. Its administrative headquarters is in Nashik. Marathi and Hindi are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 15,530 km², including 14,882.79 km² of rural area and 647.21 km² of urban area.
