Rudraprayag District, Uttarakhand

Rudraprayag District is an administrative district in the state of Uttarakhand, India. It is situated about 180 km from Dehradun, the state capital of Uttarakhand. The district headquarters is located at Rudraprayag. Hindi and Garhwali are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 1,984 km², including 1,971.25 km² of rural area and 12.75 km² of urban area.
