Pauri Garhwal District, Uttarakhand

Pauri Garhwal District is an administrative district in the state of Uttarakhand, India. It is situated about 120 km from Dehradun, the state capital of Uttarakhand. The district headquarters is located at Pauri. Hindi and Garhwali are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 5,329 km², including 5,256.84 km² of rural area and 72.16 km² of urban area.
