Karnal District, Haryana
Karnal District is an administrative district in the state of Haryana, India. It is situated about 120 km from Chandigarh, the state capital of Haryana. The district headquarters is located at Karnal. Hindi, Haryanvi and Punjabi are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 2,520 km², including 2,451.05 km² of rural area and 68.95 km² of urban area.
