Kaithal District, Haryana

Kaithal District is an administrative district in the state of Haryana, India. It is situated about 110 km from Chandigarh, the state capital of Haryana. The district headquarters is located at Kaithal. Hindi and Haryanvi are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 2,317 km², including 2,212.70 km² of rural area and 104.30 km² of urban area.
