Mandi District, Himachal Pradesh
Mandi is an administrative district in Himachal Pradesh, India. The district is located about 160 km from Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. Its administrative headquarters is in Mandi. Hindi, Pahari and Mandyali are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 3,950 km², including 3,922.26 km² of rural area and 27.74 km² of urban area.
