Thoubal is an administrative district in Manipur, India. The district is located about 25 km from Imphal, the capital of Manipur. Its administrative headquarters is in Thoubal. Meitei is the major language spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 514 km², including 482.55 km² of rural area and 31.45 km² of urban area.
