Gonda District, Uttar Pradesh
Gonda is an administrative district in Uttar Pradesh, India. The district is located about 150 km from Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Its administrative headquarters is in Gonda. Hindi and Avadhi are the major languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 4,003 km², including 3,952.43 km² of rural area and 50.57 km² of urban area.
