Gonda District, Uttar Pradesh
Gonda District is an administrative district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is situated about 150 km from Lucknow, the state capital of Uttar Pradesh. The district headquarters is located at Gonda. Hindi and Avadhi are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 4,003 km², including 3,952.43 km² of rural area and 50.57 km² of urban area.
