Ghazipur District, Uttar Pradesh

Ghazipur District is an administrative district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is situated about 330 km from Lucknow, the state capital of Uttar Pradesh. The district headquarters is located at Ghazipur. Hindi and Bhojpuri are the main languages spoken in the district. The district covers a total geographical area of 3,377 km², including 3,312.67 km² of rural area and 64.33 km² of urban area.
