Nadia District, West Bengal
Nadia is an administrative district in West Bengal, India. The district is located about 105 km from Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal. Its administrative headquarters is in Krishnanagar. Bengali is the major language spoken in the district. The district covers a total area of 3,927 km², including 3,604.05 km² of rural area and 322.95 km² of urban area.
